How tracking information works
Each refresh requests currently available information from external carriers or tracking data providers. Results may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate. A refresh is not continuous live monitoring and does not guarantee an ETA.
Use the Shipment Report as operational reference information and verify important or time-sensitive details with the responsible carrier or other relevant party.
