Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern business use of BulkBL Tracker, a focused workflow for ocean bill-of-lading tracking. The service operator is Zeeeun,Kang (the “Operator”). Contact details appear below and in the Imprint.

1. Agreement and business use

BulkBL Tracker is intended for businesses and professional users, including shippers, freight forwarders, logistics businesses, and operational shipment teams. These Terms apply when they are validly accepted by, or incorporated into an agreement with, the customer. Anyone accepting them for a company confirms that they are authorized to do so.

An accepted order or written agreement may contain additional or different terms. Mandatory applicable law remains unaffected. The service is not intended for private consumer use.

2. The service

BulkBL Tracker helps customers upload or register B/L numbers, review Active Shipments, refresh available tracking information, identify changes or attention items, and download Shipment Reports in Excel. The practical workflow is: upload once, refresh daily, send the Excel.

The service is an operational tracking and reporting tool. It is not a carrier, freight forwarder, transportation management system, or source of guaranteed carrier information.

3. Accounts and authorized users

Customers must provide accurate account information, keep account access secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. They are responsible for workspace permissions and for users they authorize. Accounts must not be shared outside the authorized company or transferred without permission.

4. Customer shipment data

Customers may submit B/L numbers, carrier details, and related shipment information only when they have the necessary authority and lawful basis to do so. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they provide and must not submit information that is unnecessary for the requested workflow.

As between the customer and the Operator, the customer retains its rights in customer-submitted data. The customer grants the Operator a limited right to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and format that data only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service and to meet legal obligations. This does not give the customer ownership of carrier or third-party tracking data, which may be subject to separate rights and conditions.

5. Third-party tracking and operational decisions

Shipment status, event, location, and ETA information depends on carriers and external tracking or data providers. That information may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, unavailable, or inaccurate. A refresh requests available provider information; it does not guarantee continuous live tracking, an immediate carrier update, or an accurate ETA.

Customers remain responsible for operational decisions. Important or time-sensitive information should be verified with the relevant carrier, terminal, freight forwarder, authority, or other responsible party. Shipment Reports are workflow aids, not instructions or guaranteed confirmations.

6. Acceptable use

Customers and users must not:

  • use the service unlawfully or infringe another person's rights;
  • submit shipment data they are not entitled to use;
  • probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization;
  • circumvent access controls, workspace boundaries, quotas, credits, or security measures;
  • introduce malware or interfere with the service or another user's access;
  • use unsupported automation or repeated requests in a way that creates unreasonable load or abuse;
  • reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • resell or provide the service to third parties unless an accepted offer or written agreement permits it.

7. Availability and service changes

The service may be unavailable or affected by maintenance, security work, internet conditions, or third-party infrastructure. No uninterrupted service, uptime level, service-level agreement, or error-free operation is promised.

The Operator may make reasonable changes to maintain, secure, or adapt the service, subject to any accepted commitments and mandatory law.

8. Credits and commercial terms

Registration allowances, usage credits, and refresh rules are those shown in the service or an accepted offer. A refresh uses credits only as stated when the relevant service is offered.

Any price, billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms apply only if expressly presented to and accepted by the customer. These Terms alone do not create a paid subscription.

9. Suspension

The Operator may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful or abusive use, a credible security risk, attempts to bypass controls, non-payment under an accepted offer, or a need to protect the service or others. Action should be proportionate; where practical, the customer will have an opportunity to resolve the issue unless urgent security, legal, or abuse concerns require immediate action.

10. Intellectual property

The Operator and its licensors retain their rights in the service, website, software, design, and original materials. Subject to these Terms and any accepted offer, the customer may use the service for its internal business operations. Carrier names, source data, and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

11. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be handled. Customers are responsible for any notices and legal basis required for personal data they submit.

12. Service limitations and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every function or item of third-party data will always be available, complete, current, accurate, or suitable for an operational decision. Rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, fraudulently concealed defects, an expressly assumed guarantee, or mandatory product-liability rules.

For ordinary negligence, the Operator is liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation whose performance is necessary for the agreement and on which the customer may normally rely. In that case, liability is limited to loss that was typical and reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made.

13. Term and termination

These Terms apply while the customer uses the service. A customer may stop using it and request account closure, subject to accepted commitments and mandatory law. The Operator may terminate access for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where an urgent security, abuse, or legal issue makes continued access unreasonable.

The Operator may discontinue the service subject to accepted commitments and mandatory law. After termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; no specific export or deletion window is promised here. Provisions that need to continue by their nature remain in effect.

14. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms when the law, security requirements, provider infrastructure, or service changes. The current version will be posted here with its updated date. Any notice, consent, or termination right required by applicable law or an accepted agreement remains unaffected.

15. Governing law and general provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany to the extent that this choice is permitted. Overriding mandatory rules remain unaffected. No exclusive court venue is specified; venue follows mandatory law or a separate valid agreement.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible and the applicable statutory rule applies.
